CAMPSITE DETAILS:

  • Campsite rates are based on a single family of 5, traveling in one vehicle and one camping unit per campsite.
  • One picnic table is provided on each campsite.

CAMPFIRES:

  • Campfires are permitted with adult supervision on campsites ONLY; Campfires are not allowed on the beach. ALL GUEST ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR SAFELY EXTINGUISHING THEIR CAMPFIRE BEFORE CHECK-OUT.

EXTRA ON-SITE TENT:

  • Any use of an additional tent is subject to approval.

ON-SITE TELEPHONE SERVICE:

  • Campsites include FREE telephone connection.

ON-SITE CABLE TELEVISION SERVICE:

  • Campsites include FREE limited cable television.

ELECTRIC SERVICE:

  • No additional charge.
  • The operation of personal generators is not permitted within Lakewood Camping Resort.

WATER & SEWER SERVICE:

  • No additional charge.

ON-SITE GARBAGE REMOVAL SERVICE:

  • No additional charge and daily removal year-round.

ADDITIONAL CAMPSITE FEES:

EXTRA GUEST:

  • Campsites are based on a single Family of 5 with a maximum of 7 people allowed per campsite.
  • $2 per night per person over the base of 5.
  • No additional fee for children ages 4 and under.

EXTRA VEHICLE:

  • Campsite rates include parking for 1 vehicle with a maximum of 2 vehicles allowed per campsite.
  • $3 per night for the 2nd vehicle.

CAMPSITE DISCOUNTS (DISCOUNTS MAY NOT BE COMBINED.)

WEEKLY:

  • 10% off each night's regular rate when 7 nights or more are paid in advance.
  • JAN. 1 - MAR. 7, 2008 & SEPT. 6 - DEC. 31, 2008

EXTENDED STAY:

  • When 28 nights or more are paid in advance.
  • JAN. 1 - MAR. 7, 2008 & SEPT. 6 - DEC. 31, 2008 ($23.00 PER NIGHT)

SENIOR CITIZEN (ages 55 & over)

  • 10% off each night’s regular rate
  • JAN 1 - MAR 7, 2008 & SEPT 6 - DEC 31, 2008

CAMPSITE RESERVATION POLICIES

  • Reservations accepted up to 18 months in advance.
  • Reservations are accepted for Families ONLY.
  • Reservations are subject to availability.
  • All reservations are guaranteed by Area ONLY.
  • Sites, adjacent sites, shade, door facing ocean and other special requests will be noted.
  • Make your reservation for the entire length of your stay; renewal of campsites cannot be guaranteed.
  • Entrance to the resort is not allowed until after official check-in.
  • Check-in is after 3:00pm; Check-out by 11:00am.

SPECIAL RESTRICTIONS: May 24 - Sept. 5, 2008

  • Minimum of 4 nights stay, except for oceanfront sites which must be a minimum 7 nights stay.

PAYMENT:

  • FULL PAYMENT (including 11% tax) is required within 14 days from the date your reservation was made or the reservation will be cancelled.
  • Guests who have paid for 90 consecutive days are entitle to a refund of all SC taxes paid.
  • Lakewood accepts cash, personal checks and the following credit cards: Visa Card – Master Card – Discover Card

DATE CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

  • All date changes or cancellations 14 days or more prior to your arrival date will incur a $25.00 administrative fee.  All dates changes and cancellations less than 14 days prior to your arrival date will incur a $50.00 administration fee. 
  • No refunds for early departures, "NO SHOWS", or changing to a lesser-priced accommodation after arrival.

ADDITIONAL RULES

  • Gated access with year round Security Patrol.
  • QUIET HOURS: 11pm-7am
  • SPEED LIMIT: 10 MPH
  • FIREWORKS: The discharging of fireworks within the resort or on the beach is strictly prohibited.
  • ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES: The use of alcoholic beverages within the resort is strictly prohibited.
  • MOTORCYCLES: Motorcycles are prohibited except during designated biker weekends. Moped, motorized bicycle, 4-wheelers & mini bikes are prohibited at all times.

PET POLICY

  • All pets must be registered with the main office upon check-in.
  • Pets are not permitted in any villa rental.
  • Quiet, non-aggressive breed only. The following dogs will not be allowed: Pit Bulls, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, Akitas, Chow Chows, German Shepherds and Dalmatians.
  • Pets must remain on a leash no longer the 6 feet at all times.
  • Pets are prohibited from all public buildings, pool areas, and the beach from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
  • Pet owners must clean up after their pet.   Please be considerate of other campers that will be using your site after you and your pet check out.
