VILLA DETAILS
- Crater Lake Villas limited to 6 persons maximum.
- Seascape Villas limited to 8 persons maximum.
- Families ONLY. NO SINGLES ACCEPTED
- PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED in any Villa Rental.
- Parking is limited to two vehicles per villa.
- ALL Villas are NON-SMOKING.
INCLUDED WITH EACH VILLA:
- Telephone with FREE local calls and voice mail.
- A color TV with cable.
- One broom and a vacuum cleaner.
- One picnic table per site on a wooden villa deck.
- Daily garbage removal year-round.
Guest must provide outdoor grilling tools.

Our Deluxe High-rise Homes have 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and spacious porches. Sleeping arrangements can accommodate up to 12 people comfortably. The units are located on the shore of Buccaneer Bay with fishing available just steps from your unit. For additional information call 1-877-LAKEWOOD.
All units come with linens and other standard rental features.

ADDITIONAL VILLA FEES & SERVICES
EXTRA VEHICLE:
- Villa rates include parking for 1 vehicle with a maximum of 2 vehicles per villa. There is a $3.00 per night* charge for the 2nd vehicle.
RESERVATION POLICIES
- Reservations accepted up to 18 months in advance.
- Reservations are accepted for Families ONLY.
- Reservations are subject to availability.
- Reservations are guaranteed by villa type ONLY.
- Make your reservation for the entire length of your stay; renewal of villas cannot be guaranteed.
- Entrance into the resort is not allowed until after official check-in.
- Check-in is after 3:00pm; Check-out by 11:00am.
SPECIAL RESTRICTIONS:
- Minimum 2 night stay
*JAN. 1, 2008 - MAR. 14, 2008; MAR. 29, 2008 - MAY 23, 2008; AUG. 8, 2008 - DEC. 31, 2008 - Minimum of 7 nights stay; Saturday to Saturday

SECURITY DEPOSIT:
- A $100 Security Deposit is required within 14 days of your request or the reservation will be cancelled.
- The Security Deposit will be refunded within 14 days of departure provided the villa was left clean and undamaged.
PAYMENT:
- FULL RENTAL PAYMENT (including 11% tax) is required at least 30 days prior to your arrival date.
- Lakewood accepts personal checks and the following credit cards:

DATE CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS:
- All date changes and cancellations must be made at least 30 days prior to arrival date.
- $25 cancellation fee on all reservations.
- No refunds for early departures, "No Shows", changing to a lesser-priced accommodation, or cancellations inside 30 days of arrival.
