July 4th, 2013 Theme & T-shirt Design Contest Rules:

• You must incorporate Lakewood Camping Resort and the date July 4, 2013.

• Designs may include line art and text but no photographs.

• Design is for the front of the shirt encompassing an area up to 10" x 10".

• The t-shirt is white.

• The design must be your own original, unpublished work and must not include any third-party logos or copyrighted material. By entering the competition, you agree that your submission is your own work.

To Submit an Entry

• High-resolution images in .eps format are preferred. We will also accept art entries in .pdf format.

• Fill out the entry form/Artist agreement completely and submit it, Attn: Louanne Tippins, 4th of July T-Shirt Contest to the front desk of LCR. You may also scan and email the form and artwork to:

• Submissions are accepted until June 1, 2013

  
  The Fine Print

• All entries must include a signed artist agreement to be considered.

• Lakewood Camping Resort reserves the right to make changes to the winning design before printing, including changes in image size or ink color or t-shirt color.

• By submitting your design, you grant permission for your design to be used by Lakewood Camping Resort, including, but not limited to, their website, the 2013 t-shirt and future marketing materials.

• Lakewood Camping Resort reserves the right to final decision.

• The winning design will be announced by July 1, 2013.

Tuesday, July 2: Sign-up in the Information Center for Lakewood Pageant.
Wednesday, July 3 Miss Lakewood Pageant: Our annual pageant for Miss, Jr. Miss, Tiny, and Wee Miss Lakewood, Wee Master Lakewood and Mr. Legs. Rehearsal will be on July 3rd.
Thursday, July 4 Parade: 10:00 am on Ocean Boulevard. Decorate your golf cart, bicycle, motorcycle, float or convertible.
Independence Day Block Party: Our annual Block Party will be July 4th at the Campfire Pit at 6:00 pm. Join us for Hayride, Hula Hoop, Limbo, Games, Food and Entertainment. Contests: We will have Sand Castle and Sand Sculpting, Yard Decorating, Oreo Stacking, Ice Cream Eating Contest and many more activities to participate in.
Festivities: During the Independence Holiday period we will have Kids’ Club, Gospel Concert, Sunday Worship Services, High Steppin’ Country, Hay Ride, Beach Party, and Block Party. It’s the best place to be to celebrate our country’s birthday.
