I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for the wonderful camping experience we had at your campground.... the FVFP is just what the doctor ordered for families like mine who can't always afford the extras...... the $15 dollars a day per campsite allowed everyone in my family to participate in all the fun things to do at Lakewood.... I love the Hippo slide and I'm 44 years old!!"
Another mother wrote: "...... just wanted to comment about the FVFP for 2009. I think that is a wonderful idea. We have three boys and have found it difficult to let the boys participate in all the wonderfull amenities you offer due to the cost.... we wondered if we would be able to plan a vacation to Lakewood this year but seeing that Lakewood is doing all they can to help families afford a wonderful vacation, we will go ahead and book our trip..... our kids would suffer otherwise if it weren't for wonderful folks like you guys.... keep up the good work.... Lakewood is the best campground. We would not stay anywhere else.... Thanks"
