2007 4th of July Celebration - Jul 7, 2007
Year after year families from all over the United States travel to the grand strand to celebrate the 4th of July. As usual thousands chose Lakewood Camping Resort for their stay. Lakewood spends months preparing for the holiday, planning activities for the campers. Some of the many activities included the Lakewood pageant, parade and sand sculpting contest. These activities have become a tradition at Lakewood dating back more than 20 years. The Lakewood Campground Ministry also coordinated a hay ride and gospel concert for the campers. The 2007 4th was a success!
